1 fact that I learned was that wind turbines come in all different sizes.
2. I learned that wind tubines coast 2. mill.
3. If you get a wind turbine you will save money on your electric bill.

2. You can turn off the lights when you are not in your house. You can only take a five minute shower to save hot water. You can unplug all the electronics before you go to bad.

3. Three things I learned is there are diffrent types of wind turbines. Maine has the some best wind power but we don’t use it. The other thing is you can’t put a big wind turbine on a roof.

1. The 3 facts that I learned was that when we grow up we have to pay more electericity bills then the adults have to today. the second fact I learned was that if we install one wind turbines we will have to cut down 6,00 pounds of pollution.

2.) I think that we have to save our energy by shutting off the lights when we don’t need them. Another way we could save our energy is by
putting wind turbines outside of Deering Oaks.

3- I learned that they cost a lot to install. I learned that they take about 7 -10 years to get your investment back. I learned that after that, you end up saving a lot of money.
2- They can build wind turbines, or solar power. You can keep your lights off. You can keep you air temperature low.
1- Could you build 2-3 wind turbines on top of each other?

ONE:
I learned that windmills NOW can start producing at a really loud speed but the OLD windmills had to get up to a higher wind speed to start producing.

The higher up the windmill is, the better.

If you put a regular windmill on top of your house, it would blow the roof off your house.

Their windmill produces 800 killa watt hours a month. That’s enough for an average family or four.
TWO:
They could put up a wind turbine like Paradym Windows has.

They could turn off lights when they are not using them. A lot of the times they have lights on all the time and they’re not even in there.

THREE:
Did the young guy that was talking manipulate anything to kind of sell the idea to us?

1. Windmills can cost between $500 and $1,000.
2. Cape Elizabeth has laws against wind power.
3. Sometimes windmills do not spin.
Some things that a homeowner can do to improve there environmentaly friendlyness are to put up a clothesline instead of a dryer. Something else that would be good to do would be to switch to solar power.

I learned that the wind turbine provides about 15% of the factory’s electricity. I also learned that the taller the wind turbine, the more wind it can catch and the more energy it can create. Another thing I learned is that since a lot of people that want wind turbines cannot afford them so they get investors to pay for them.

A business or home owner could get a wind turbine to improve the way they use energy or they could use solar panels.

Why don’t other businesses get wind turbines?
